Women's Swimmer of the Week
Lydia Coleman – Old Westbury
Jr., Roslyn Heights, NY/Our Lady of Mercy Academy
Coleman stood out as Old Westbury split a triangle meet by defeating York and falling to the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy…She swam season-best times in the 50 free (26.93) and 100 free (59.07), finishing 1st and 2nd, respectively, against the USMMA and York…Also a member of the winning 200 medley relay team (2:22.33)

Men's Swimmer of the Week
Stephan Paul – Old Westbury
Sr., Staten Island, NY/Port Richmond HS
Paul was stellar in leading the Panthers to a 2-1 week…He sparked a win over Sarah Lawrence with wins in the 200 IM (3:34.69) and 100 breast (1:14.23)…He also swam a season-best time in the 100 breast (1:10.76) against the USMMA and York

Bryan Woodhead – Old Westbury
