2013 Season Highlights: Has been named the Skyline Player of the Week five times and earned ECAC Metro/Upstate Player of the Week distinction on Oct. 30…garnered all-tournament distinction at both the Scranton and Endicott Invitationals…leads the Gators with her 303 kills and 31 aces, while adding 13 blocks and 380 digs…has registered 12 double-doubles this year and now has 989 career kills with 1,237 career digs, and 84 aces…is poised to become the first Sage player since 2007 to have 1,000 career digs and 1,000 career kills...the Gators have secured the top seed in the 2013 Skyline Championship.
Career Highlights: Earned 2011 Skyline Rookie of the Year honors and first-team All-Conference distinction...led the Gators with 377 kills, 425.5 points and a .226 attack percentage….also ranked amongst the conference leaders in kills per set (3.17, third) and digs per set (3.71, sixth)….tabbed the 2011 team MVP…finished her 2012 campaign with a team-best 309 kills, while adding 416 digs…also boasted a .919 reception percentage for the year…helped Sage finish conference play with an impressive 8-1 record, while not only earning the No. 2 seed in the 2012 Skyline Championship, but a spot in the 2012 ECAC Upstate Championships…was named to the Union College Invitational All-Tournament Team and first-team All-Skyline.
In The Classroom: Putrinent is a Nursing major and was named to the Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the Fall of 2011 semester.
Did You Know? Putriment will celebrate her 30th birthday in the summer of 2014.
